In his trademark light-hearted and honest style, Josh tackles the ideas of leadership and communication through an honest reckoning with reality and the consequences that come with it. Drawing on his personal experiences, with leadership both good and bad, Josh has been there and he can truly identify.
From the throes of college life, the horrors of war, traumatic brain injuries, a career as a EMT/Firefighter, the loss of a child, to a disintegrating marriage and a crisis of faith. Josh
knows the pains of life and the realities that an honest view can bring to light.
But it was these very experiences that gave him the wonderful gift of resiliency. Josh came to know the triumph of pushing through and being better for it. This is why he is so passionate to share his story and help other leaders find a place where they can see what is happening around honestly and take the actions that produce real and honest results.
